Ginny Fang, CEO

As an experienced real estate investment executive and entrepreneur, over the past decade, Ginny Fang was the founding CEO for two successful organizations focused on cross-border investment into the US.  Most recently, she founded and built Golden Gate Global (GGG), an institutional-grade investment firm that invested funds from high net-worth individuals into US real estate development. She has helped over 1000 clients invest a combined total of over $600M into real estate properties with a combined asset value of over $10 billion.  Asset classes spanned residential, commercial, hotel, and retail.  Development partners included Lennar and the NBA’s Sacramento Kings.

Prior to GGG, Ginny leveraged her entrepreneurial acuity to launch ChinaSF, the public-private partnership of the San Francisco Mayor’s Office, to position the city as the premiere gateway of trade between China and North America by attracting Chinese investment and business expansion.  Within three years, ChinaSF established offices in San Francisco, Shanghai and Beijing, and facilitated the expansion of 13 top Chinese real estate, technology, and finance companies to the Bay Area.

Ginny lives in San Francisco, CA with her husband and 3 sons.
